Designing it Right from the Start

We assist developers in the design phase in three ways.

First, we assist in the architectural design of the facility itself. Through our experience in development, in market research, through focus groups on your target campus, we will help you gain the best competitive advantage in the design of the facility, the amenities and the grounds.

Second, we will create a business plan for lease up while under construction. We utilize the same kind of format used by DSG Consulting to help Fortune 500 companies create their Go-to-Market Strategy.

Third, we will handle the entire lease up process for you to help maximize NOI for long term financing or sale.

Asset Management & Optimization

If you elect to use another property management company, we can still bring Best Practices to your property. By electing to use us as Asset Managers, we will fulfill the typical responsibilities for financial reporting and control. But we will also evaluate the property against our Best Practice Model and report performance results to you as an owner to provide objective oversight and a roadmap for improving property operations.
