We are currently tracking a large portfolio of over $600 million in off-market assets with owners ready to sell to qualified buyers.

Through relationships with various Fund Managers and Private Investors across the country, Innovative Student Housing searches out assets that are underperforming due to lack of management focus, overleveraging that makes servicing existing debt difficult, or are available as a result of owners ready to execute their exist strategies for potential acquisition.
