Innovative Student Housing was founded July 2010 by three industry leaders with a clear ambition to create a new, best-in-class service company to serve student housing investors. The founders left executive positions within the industry convinced investors should receive a much higher return on investment capital and fees for operations. The goal was to leverage their experience in managing over 34,000 beds on 90 campuses to create an entirely new level of service to investors. As a result Innovative provides an end-to-end suite of services ranging from sourcing high value acquisition opportunities to growing NOI through management and then assisting in the disposition process.

Since Innovative Student Housing is relatively small we are able to give investors and their properties a remarkably high level of attention. We form a true partnership with our clients because we are staffed sufficiently to ensure a high level of service and collaboration.
